July 2, 2020 she was very curious and was completing
all her household work to move in a hospital in that Night. First time in her
life ever, she was excited to take all the pain for her new life, new member
was soon to be added in her family and we women are so strong to bear every
pain for this life.
Women are really empowered by the God to take
such a pain.
After giving birth to a life, we are completely
changed. Our back is completely shaken up and so our Body is, can’t deny with
those stretch marks. The definition of beauty gets completely changed for us
and we beautifully adapt all these changes, this is how we are made.
The truth we can't not deny that we the women are
back bone of our Home and sometimes the society call us the Homemaker* Home
minister or Home manager, Grahlakshmi etc
What if our own backbone gets shaken up, the
whole house gets unmanageable.

I am sharing practical situation which we all women face during our
pregnancy or post pregnancy.
Post C section, every woman goes through this
stage. The pain we experience can't others even imagine apart from women. How
do you gather all your strength when your doc asked to leave the bed after very
first day of your delivery and force you to walk, so we can heal inside out as
soon as possible
So to all, who are going through this stage will surely get some help by
reading this article yes you are right ...
I am sharing some amazing experiences, which I
had during my post-partum to recover from this Pain...hope this will help you
too
- Use postpartum belt
just after C section, it keeps your stomach tight and will give sudden
relief from Pain
- Do not leave your Iron
and calcium tablet until you breastfeed
- Start taking
Dashmularisht to give strength to your body after 10th day of
your pregnancy
- Start using woolen
bedsheet and lie on this whenever you get discharge from hospital, it will
keep your back warm and surely, you will start recovering from this Pain
- Don’t sleep in discomfort
position
- Don’t be in one
position for long when on bed
- Use warm water at least
a month for bath
- Pour warm water slowly
on your back
- Use chair while taking
bath at least for 10-12 days
- Hot mustard oil massage
is good, try to get a helper at least for a month for such massage therapy
- Don't lift heavy object
at least for 3-4 month
- Don’t bend to take any
object at least for one and half month
- Don't go in direct Air
and if possible, keep your head covered for at least one month
